OFFLINE PAYMENTS
Bank Transfer
Transfer the total amount to the provided bank account details. Use your order number as the payment reference for easy tracking.
You may choose any of the following payment portals, which we will send once you checkout.
Shipping Fees
If shipping is c/o us, you may refer to the standard rates below. If shipping is c/o buyer, you may email or message us the details and we will closely coordinate with you. :)
Within Metro Manila: Php 50 via Flash, DPX and Gogo Express
Outside Metro Manila Php 150 via Gogo Express
International: Message us for a Quotation (please provide complete address)
Confirmation Process:
1. Once payment is made, please send an email to info@heyrileyph.com with the subject "Hey Riley Order #"
2. Please include the following details in the email:
- Attached screenshot of proof of payment
- Your full name, IG handle, and contact information
Our team will verify the payment within 24 hours.
