EXCHANGE POLICY

VALID EXCHANGE

1. Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging.

 

2. Exchanges are accepted within 3 days upon receipt/delivery of the item.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Kindly message us through our chat helpdesk or on our Instagram Page with a screenshot of your Order Details and the item that you wish to have exchanged, kindly state the reason and what item you will be exchanging it with. Our team has the right to reject exchange requests that do not fulfill our conditions.

 

Note: Exchange is subject to the availability of the items. We highly encourage choosing items that are of the same value, or higher value.

2. The shipping process for exchange items will be shouldered by the customer. We allow 2-way Grab/Lalamove bookings as long as the item for exchange is also readily available.

 

Another option is that we will send our shipping details so that the item can be sent back to us, as soon as we receive the item and inspect that it is in good condition, we will ship out the item in exchange for the customer's shipping address and use COD as an option for the shipping fee via Gogo Express.
